Shipping Times are clearly stated on each listing. If an express order is required, please contact me prior to purchase.
Digital prints are emailed to the customers email address when payment is received.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Items that cannot be returned:
Personalised items, unless faulty at delivery
Bespoke orders, unless faulty at delivery
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty at delivery, have not been used and are retained in their packaging
Hair Products and Hats cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty at delivery, have not been used and are retained in their packaging
Digital Prints cannot be returned after they have been sent to the customer, they can be cancelled before the prints have been sent by email. Please be aware I do try to send the prints ASAP.
