The Shipping Cost is as follows:
-UK (excluding NI): £2.70 per order, using the RM Tracked 48 service, or £1.75 with RM 2nd class for items that cost less than £3.00.
-USA: £13.00 per order, using RM Tracked.

As a child, Ι loved crafting.
As a mum, crafting has become a great time spender and an amazing memory creator.
Discovering new hobbies and combining them with the already loved ones, has led to the birth of the Sloth's Cavern, a place to keep our handmade treasures.

*** SHIPPING POLICY ***
• Shipping Location: Shipping is available in the UK & USA only. In order to be compliant with the new “General Product Safety Regulation” (GPSR), Northern Ireland is excluded.
• Processing Time: The time I require to make and ship your order, varies from item to item. Please see individual listings for an accurate shipping time.
• Packaging: Re-used, clean outer packaging will be used for the delivery whenever possible, to reduce waste. Please feel free to contact me if you require your items to be delivered in new, unused outer packaging.
• Dispatch & Delivery: Due to the continuous increase in postage cost, all items will be shipped to UK using the RM Tracked 48 service or RM 2nd class which Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days (plus 1 more day if there is a redirection in place), but this is not guaranteed. An item is considered lost and claims to the Post Office can only be made if the item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 7 working days. For USA, the service used is RM International Tracked. Should you require a different shipping method, please contact me before purchasing the item, so I can amend the listing appropriately.
• Shipping Cost: -UK (excluding NI): a) Flat rate £1.75 (with 2nd Class) for items up to £3.00. b) Flat Rate £2.70 (with RM Tracked 48) for items over £3.00. -USA: Flat rate £13.00 per order. Please note, that if buying from multiple shops, then the shipping cost will vary according to each shop’s policy.
• Lost or Damaged Items: If your item doesn't reach you within the given time frame, or it has been damaged in transit, please get in touch with me, and we will work out together how to move forward (replacement, refund etc.).
*** REFUND POLICY ***
• Items that are personalised, bespoke, or made to order to your specific requirements, are non-refundable unless faulty. A full refund will be given if the order is cancelled for up to 6 hours of placing your order. After the 6-hour timeframe, your item falls under the Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy below.
*** CANCELLATION / RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY ***

• Items that are personalised, bespoke, or made to order to your specific requirements, are non-refundable unless faulty.
• Once you have placed your order you have the right to cancel at any time up to 14 calendar days after you have received your item(s). Please note that you must get in touch with me in writing, to let me know that you wish to cancel in that time frame (14 calendar days). You can do this using the "Contact" link at the top of my shop page, or directly by email (the email address is provided in your confirmation of order email and the notification of shipping email). You then have a further 14 calendar days from that point to return the item(s) to me if they have already been dispatched.
• A full refund will be issued within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned item(s) in a perfect condition. A deduction will be made from the refund, if the value of the item(s) has been reduced, as the result of excessive handling, carelessness, alteration, or any other reason.
• In returning the items you are responsible for paying for the cost of the return postage. It is strongly advisable that you obtain a proof of postage (as a minimum) from your post office or courier. No refunds will be issued if the item is not delivered back to me and there is no proof of postage.
You have the right to return goods if they develop a fault within 6 months of receipt of the goods. Depending on the circumstances, you might be entitled to a full or partial refund, a repair, or a replacement.
