You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
You have full rights to cancel or withdraw from a purchase under the UK Consumer rights act or EU right of withdrawal.

✦ ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by message or e-mail (if you have given us details) to cancellation of your order. If you fail to reply to any request within a reasonable time, your order dispatch deadline may be extended or the order cancelled.
Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated messages of your order which you may receive from us shall not be seen as acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on our shop. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when both the full payment for goods or services has been received and receipt of the goods to you or commencement of the services.
If you should place an order for an incorrect item, please contact us to amend your order. If the order has already been despatched to you, you will be liable for any extra cost of delivery and return delivery.
You will assume risk of the products ordered once they have been delivered to the address specified on the Order. We accept not liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address or safe place which you specified. You take all ownership and the risk of loss or damage to the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address and checked.
✦ CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Where you have purchased the goods or services as a consumer you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession or digital download of the goods or services.
When returning items that include a discount the refund due will include the discount not the full price. If a free gift or offer was included this must be returned with your item or the value of the gift or offer will be deducted from the refund.
You will have up to 30 days to return goods from the date of notification to cancel and you will also be liable for any delivery cost to return the goods to us. Failure to return the goods within the time frame will be considered acceptance of the goods and the cancellation process will be stopped.
✦ DELIVERY
Our delivery charges are set out by the couriers and we charge no more than it is absolutely necessary to get the goods to you, unless you need to pay extra for delivery where services required such as additional insurance. Sometimes it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations and you will be notified to the cancellation of your order.
In the event that you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, any extra/additional delivery charges paid by you that are above the standard delivery costs to return the order will not be refunded.
When shipping goods from outside the United Kingdom, cross border shipments may also be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of the United Kingdom, you are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered and pay any fees associated with importing.
