All items are handmade at home by me, either from scratch or using carefully sourced materials like faux leather and paper. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends), unless otherwise stated for custom items. UK shipping is via Royal Mail 48hr. US shipping is via Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked, depending on item weight. Thanks for supporting my small business!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
