All items are handmade and fresh to order ensuring they always reach you in the best tasting condition possible.
Standard order processing is 2-3 days, but if you require something faster, please ask, and if we can help, we will.
We welcome custom / bespoke order requests e.g. change chocolate base (from milk to dark), alter / amend a particular topping.
Vegan friendly / gluten free / dairy free product ranges available.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
