I've always loved making things and worked as a Graphic Designer for over twenty years. Nowadays I experiment with fabric, paints, embroidery, beads and collage. I particularly enjoy combining different materials and patterns to create colourful, unique mixed media pieces.

Quirky, affordable gifts and cards

Welcome to my online shop where you'll find a colourful assortment of handmade gifts and cards.

My background is in advertising, working as a graphic designer in a London studio and also freelancing from home. I’m now retired, but I still love the creative process – coming up with ideas and working with colour. The difference is I no longer have to work to a client’s brief!

I enjoy being out in nature and a lot of my inspiration comes from the natural world, especially birds and flowers. You’ll see from the variety of items in my shop that I like to experiment with a range of materials and part of the fun for me is learning new craft skills.

I’ve recently been experimenting with textile art and and my challenges for 2025 are to learn free-motion embroidery and gelli plate printing. Now that I've put that in print there's no backing down!
