Hiya, I have been operating since October. I put together all my brooch gift sets by hand. My aim is to always go above and beyond to keep my customers happy. So I can't guarantee there will never be a issue but I can guarantee il go above and beyond if one ever comes up. I inspect all my brooches before I send out to as one last quality check. Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
