Hello my name is Mel, I live in a small village in North Yorkshire called Osmotherley. I am surrounded by the most beautiful countryside and have the most wonderful husband, family and pets (Enzo - Dog, Lando and Jenson - Cats, Betty, Bertha and Buttercup - Chickens).
I am and have always been a creative, crafting butterfly because there are so many styles of crafts that I have loved to turn my hands too.
My absolute passion in life is helping people and handmaking items is just one way of bringing love and joy to everyone.
I am a trained Holistic and Complementary Therapist. However due to having Fibromyalgia and ME my physical limitations unfortunately are now in decline but I pride myself on not letting my conditions or poor health define me.
Making Jewellery or painting allows me to forget about my health whilst being creative and pushing myself.
I love to sit in my garden, using the beautiful countryside and my animals as inspiration for all my crafting items.
