Buying from me
Everything in my shop is hand made with love in my spare time. All will be packaged with care in recycled packaging (I try to reuse as much packaging as possible!) with Royal Mail. I work full time in the week but will endeavour to post your items out within 2 working days. All of my items are intended as decorative only and are unsuitable for children due to small parts.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
