At HB Thanet we make both bespoke items and gifts that are both personalised and non personalised. We are a small business that uses art and craft skills and laser engraving, using high quality materials to produce gifts and goods that are useful and will last. We believe in great customer service and working with customers to provide great items at reasonable prices.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
We offer free returns upto 30 days from purchase. We will refund all items upto the 30 days, once items have been received.
Outside this time limit, we will refund returns where they have been damaged during delivery. Should this happen, just message us. We will issue a free return postage label. Once we have the item back we will offer a full refund or replacement.
We send items by tracked delivery. If these are not delivered we will offer a free replacement or refund, once we have confirmation from Royal Mail that the item has been lost.
