We love making these types of books both for weddings or parties / anniversaries, special events. We love steamed beech, it our favourite wood, especially when treated. Customers love it as well. We love making long lasting and perfect guest books that will be treasured for years. So we treat them and use the best quality wood and thick paper to ensure they will last. We love thick matte paper and only use the best suppliers. We found 170gm is a great thickness, that works well for all those messages. All our orders are made to order and we happy to work with you to achieve your needs.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
We offer free returns on items upto 30 days. Once we receive the item back we will refund or replace. Depending on your wishes. To get a free return contact us for a label. After 30 days we offer returns and refund where purchases are damaged in delivery. If this happens then contact us and we will send out replacement or refund once we receive the item back. Again contact us for free label. We send all purchases by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Should your item be mislaid or not delivered to the address given to us, we will refund or offer replacement once Royal Mail confirms item lost or in correctly delivered.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
