I make all products myself and ship within 24 hours of orders. I usually only make one of an item so it will be in stock
Some items use a lobster clasp so that the length can be varied. I am happy to include a magnetic clasp so that it is easier to fasten. I also have niobium and stainless steel ear wires that I can change if the customer is allergic to the silver or plated wire that I have used. I can also change any earring fitting to a screw fitting if you do not have pierced ears

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
