I've been a seamstress all my life but a few years ago after many years of designing and making soft furnishings for clients, I felt the need to be more creative and started making items from vintage fabrics. I love to think up new items to make from old fabrics that have a history to them - in particular I love to repurpose vintage embroidered tablecloths. These often have so much work put into them but have been discarded because of tea stains. I also took up embroidery during lockdown and love to use up small scraps of vintage linen to make greeting cards and gift tags - I can't bear to waste even the smallest scrap of fabric!
Everything you find in my shop is made by me in my studio here on the edge of the beautiful North Downs, where I am constantly inspired by the surrounding countryside. I hope you enjoy browsing my little shop and please feel free to message me if you are looking for something special.

Beautiful fabrics, should last me years. Big enough to put small gifts inside, eg lip salve, polos, pens, wax melts etc. Came with a bundle of spare snaps for future years
