When you purchase one of my items, I will do a little dance for you! It's the highest of praise, a win for the independent shops, and it makes my day.
I will ensure you are kept up to date with all and any updates, I aim to ship your item within 24 hours as I know you can't wait to get it. I do use recycled boxes so it may arrive in an Amazon box, but definitely not sold by them.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
