My items can take up to a week to make, but I can often accommodate if you need something more quickly so please do get in touch if that is the case. As each finished piece is truly unique, images will be sent for approval prior to dispatch. Delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery next day service.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Almost all of my items are made to order and personalised so can not be cancelled or returned as standard. However, if for any reason your item does not meet your expectations please do get in touch and I will do everything I can to reach a satisfactory solution.
