Welcome, here at Tranquil Weaves I make bespoke handcrafted woven art pieces, wall hangings, soft furnishings and accessories inspired by the serene landscape of the Scottish Highlands. Each handwoven piece is unique. Many of the pieces are hand dyed in such a way that they cannot be re-created.

Founded on the belief that the finest quality fabrics, combined with nature-inspired designs, can transform everyday moments into extraordinary ones. Tranquil Weaves strives to capture the essence of tranquility within each piece, crafting elegance, comfort and individuality.

Buying from me

Welcome, here at Tranquil Weaves I make bespoke handcrafted woven art pieces, wall hangings, soft furnishings and accessories inspired by the serene landscape of the Scottish Highlands. Each handwoven piece is unique. Many of the pieces are hand dyed in such a way that they cannot be re-created.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I do hope you will love your product from me. However if you need to return an item it may be returned at your own cost within 14 days of receipt of delivery. It must be unused and in the exact same condition and packaging it was sent out. To return an item you must email me first to request a refund and for the returns address. To start a return, you can contact me at tranquil.weaves@gmail.com. You will need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase when emailing me a return request.

I recommend a trackable postal service for any returns as I cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
