I Amanda Parker am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If you are ever unhappy or not 100% satisfied with any items you have received from us please do contact us immediately by emailing us@stitched-with-love.co.uk and we will be happy to sort something out for you.
Making sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase is our top priority. We are sure that you will love your purchase from Stitched With Love (by us), however if there is a problem you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as it is returned in a new and unused condition inside its original packaging. The item will need to be in the same condition it was sent to you in and fit for re-sale. We will be happy to give you a full refund, no questions asked, for the full value of the item.
Unfortunately due to the nature of digital downloaded PDFs we are unable to offer refunds on these items. However, if you have ordered a custom designed pattern please do let us know if something is wrong and we will be happy to amend this for you and send you a revised copy.
If we have custom stitched an item for you, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund unless the item is faulty. However, we will send you a proof of the design prior to stitching beginning to ensure you are 100% happy with the style being used and a photo once stitching is complete prior to delivery. If you are unhappy at any point with the design prior to stitching we can amend this.
How to make a Return
Please email us on us@stitched-with-love.co.uk and we will provide you with a returns address.
We will refund your original delivery charge and the delivery charges you incurred in returning the product back to us when a product is faulty, damaged or sent incorrectly, but if you have just changed your mind, so please do let us know if you are returning if for one of these reasons.
Please return your items by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or an alternative method you feel comfortable with. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service so that you can track the successful delivery of the item.
Please ensure the item is well packed to ensure that it arrives in the same condition it was sent in.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable, as sold condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
