Hi, I’m Angela, and I love making things. I always have something ‘on the go’ which might be knitting, crochet or macrame. I started making cold process soap a few years ago as I wanted to move away from using single use plastic bottles as much as possible. All my soaps are made with natural ingredients- natural clays and essential oils.
Once I’d got established with soap making, I started to think that it would great to have soap dishes to complement the soaps. I’d always wanted to learn pottery and never had the chance at school, so off I went to pottery class and learnt how to make my own design of soap dishes. It’s quite addictive though, and I’m always looking at other things to make with clay, so watch this space! Fast forward to today and I make all my soaps at home and have a little studio and kiln for my pottery.
It’s my happy place and I love what I do.
When I’m not in the studio, I work as a complementary therapist offering reflexology, aromatherapy, Tai Chi and sound healing. I’m also the owner of a totally mad Jack Russell called Beau.
