Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify me if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item. Please return within 30 days of receipt of your order & please do remember to contact me first about your return.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements. Earrings sold with a seal where the seal is broken or disturbed.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Returns are accepted if the piece of jewellery is returned in its original unworn & unmodified condition.

The exception is earrings. I will only be able to accept the return of earrings if the seal on the grip bag remains in tact & has not been opened/disturbed etc. This is due to hygiene reasons.

For your protection you may wish to use a signed for delivery option as I'M NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE A REFUND FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED BY ME. RETURN POSTAGE IS AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. Once I've received the item(s), I will check your return & process a refund to your original payment method.
