You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

RETURNS - I can accept returns provided that the item(s) is/are returned in its/their original condition as sold to you and have not been worn, adjusted or altered in any way. I will not be able to accept returns where the item(s) has/have been altered/adjusted, worn or abused, or for hygiene reasons where earrings where the seal on the plastic grip bag has been broken or disturbed. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt, prior to any return. Please then return within 14 days of receipt. For your protection, you may wish to obtain proof of posting or a signed for delivery option as I'M NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE A REFUND FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED BY ME. RETURN POSTAGE IS AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. REFUNDS - Once I've received the item(s), I’ll check your return & process a refund via your original payment method for the original cost of the item(s) plus original postage & packaging (if applicable). Any refund will be via your method of payment to the bank account/credit card/debit card you used for the original payment of your item(s) purchased. Although I will refund the full cost of your returned item(s) plus original postage, if applicable, & as previously mentioned you will be responsible for the return postage costs.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
