Buying from me
I try to be as sustainable as possible in the following ways
I reclaim all my used clay and reuse it until its all gone
I recycle the water from the clay slops and use it to water my houseplants
All packaging for orders is 'pre-used' and scrounged from friends and family - I try to never buy new
I buy from a local supplier where possible
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
