Having recently retired from teaching and my children have all flown the nest, I have had more time to spend on my hobbies. I love to knit and really enjoy making these littles socks. I enjoy making up the different colour combinations and patterns. I live in Wales hence the name of my shop, Pili- Pala is the Welsh word for butterfly. I like to buy my wool locally and there’s a lovely shop in the town where I live. I think the wool needs to be soft for such little feet and I always buy wool with a blend of cashmere or merino. I really hope you like my little socks too.
