Boho and Southwestern inspired glass bead jewellery and accessories handmade in Yorkshire

Hi, welcome to my Folksy shop. My name is Jillian and I live in the beautiful (well I think so) county of Yorkshire in the UK with my husband, my amazing Daughter (who my little business is named after) and our old, blind but very cute Jack Russell.

I started to learn about making jewellery quite a few years ago now and my love for creating handmade jewellery was born. I really like glass (my granny had an amazing collection of glass paperweights that used to fascinate me as a child) especially Czech glass, I love all the beautiful colours and shapes these beads come in so most of my glass bead jewellery does incorporates these beads. I also love lampwork beads and natural gemstones too.
Most of my jewellery is very colourful and has a bohemian style to it but I also like the darker gothic look too.
A lot of my jewellery is made for every day wear with bronze/silver/gold plate but I do use sterling silver and 14K gold filled for those extra special pieces.

I’ve been making hand woven beadwork jewellery for a couple of years too, so you’ll also find my collection of Southwestern inspired beaded jewellery and accessories in my shop. These range from beadwork earrings, beadwork fringe earrings and beadwork bracelets and bag charms.
