About Old Loft Studio

Old Loft Studio

Unique handmade jewellery, beadwork, artwork and professionally printed greetings cards from my own artwork.

My name is Caroline and I,m lucky enough to live on the edge of Exmoor National Park, which is where I get a lot of my inspiration.
The reason I called my little business ‘Old Loft Studio’ is because it’s a room upstairs in our loft conversion. It’s my happy space. I have always been very practical and crafty but in recent years have become obsessed with beads and jewellery making of all kinds.
I also have a thing for fibre, wool and yarn which I use for needle felting, most of which is locally sourced and naturally dyed.
I have to be in a certain mood for the watercolour artwork to happen. Most of the greetings cards were printed from artwork I did during the lockdown.
I love colour and anything that sparkles!
