Buying from me
We sell jewellery designed and hand-made by Dave Whitecliff in his Bristol workshop. Dave currently has nine fingers.
Our jewellery is mostly made-to-order. The details of all designs can be varied to suit each customer's needs. It can take a week or more for complex pieces to be made, and the final price for any one type of item can vary quite a lot depending on what materials are used. Please feel free to contact Dave to discuss what you'd like and to get an estimate of the cost.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
