Buying from me
Buying from me means you are purchasing a unique handmade item, all made in a very relaxed environment (usually in front of the tv!). I am more than happy to custom make in any colours of your choice and I'm only a message away. I will always ship on the day you purchase an item wherever possible and all shawls and blankets are gift boxed. I can also add a note in a card if requested.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
