Hello…I'm Alison and I've been sewing and making for as long as I can remember - I made my first dress at the age of six and I was ridiculously pleased when I wore it to school. Bag designing came later!!
Fast forward to now and my designs have developed. l love to work with repurposed denim, oilcloth, upholstery textiles and waxed cottons. For me, finding gorgeous fabrics and beautiful linings is one of life's pleasures and turning them into bags is a joy. Attention to detail and the finish of my bags, I hope, makes them stand out from the crowd. And this all means that you can own a bag which is truly unique and individual.

I already own a few things made by Alison, so I knew the quality going to be exceptional, and this tote bag has not disappointed. It's absolutely brilliant!! It's so well-made, sturdy, and soooooo roomy!! I can get ALL my stuff in there ... and I carry around a lot of stuff ... journals, stationery, mobile first aid kit for any eventuality!!! The colour of the lining and handles is just gorgeous. I'd wanted one of these totes for ages, and I'm so glad I finally got around to treating myself!
And I love the fact that Alison creates her bags using recycled fabric ... eco-friendly, practical and gorgeous ... what could be better than that?!
The customer service was, as always, perfect, with the bag arriving really quickly, beautifully packaged and a hand-written thank you from Alison.

I SO love my oilcloth storage pot - it sits on my studio table ready to collect any bit of rubbish and it keeps my desk lovely and tidy. It also looks so stylish as well!
