Hi! I'm Clare.
I started crocheting because I couldn't find the types of accessories that I wanted to wear. Either I couldn't find the colours I liked, or the materials were too scratchy for my sensitive skin. After a couple of years of making for myself, family and friends, I decided to start selling scarves online.
Since then I have branched out into making gloves, blankets, and other items, while still using the bright, soft yarns that I love so much.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If you need to return an item, please contact me within 14 days of your purchase.
Loops & Hooks is not responsible for the return postage costs or if the parcel is lost in the post when you return the goods. It is therefore recommended that you use a traceable service for returning the goods.
All items should also be free of scent, in the original unused and re-saleable condition.
The returned goods will be inspected and a refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Loops & Hooks is unable to accept any refunds or exchanges beyond 14 days after your purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
