Welcome to Ella von Belle Design. I design and make colourful illustrated jewellery in my Dorset studio.
All jewellery items are packaged in a stylish gift box. Your order will be despatched to you between 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday) after payment has cleared.
It is important to me that my customers are happy, so I will do my best to ensure you receive the smoothest buying experience possible.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
