All my items are packaged and delivered in non-bleached Kraft paper/cardboard material, made from recycled content and recyclable, and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (tracking number available upon request). An upgrade to Tracked 24 is for sale in my shop.

My designs are made to order, taking up to three days from order to despatch. I post using Royal Mail Tracked 48 - tracking number available upon request. Postage upgrade to Tracked 24 available in shop.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
