All my items are packaged and delivered in non-bleached Kraft paper/cardboard material, made from recycled content and recyclable, and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (tracking number available upon request). An upgrade to Tracked 24 is for sale in my shop.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

All shop items are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. Add this listing to your order to upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail Tracked 24.
The production turnaround time of Postage Upgrade orders will be expedited whenever possible, but please contact me before ordering if an expedited dispatch date is needed in conjunction with Tracked 24 delivery to meet your deadline, to see if this is feasible for the item(s) you wish to order.
I will email you the tracking number for purchases with Royal Mail Tracked 24 upgrades, upon dispatch.
This listing cannot be purchased separately, or applied to an existing order - it must be purchased at the same time as the item(s) it applies to.
