My name is Clare and I make colourful, contemporary, easy to wear jewellery using recycled sterling silver with polymer and resin clays. I use artists’ powdered pigments to create all of my colours. I am completely obsessed with colour and spend far too long mixing clays like paint to create a never ending palette of colours and I hand roll and cut all of my beads. I keep the shapes and styles of my jewellery simple to allow the colour to become the focal point - I love putting colours together and sometimes the shades that you would never think harmonious together just seem to work.
I make all of my jewellery entirely by hand in my little studio in Frome.
I like mashed potato and glitter (not together) and I've got one silver stripy cat.
