Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, customers in the EU who make purchases online are entitled to a 14 day cooling-off period from the date of delivery. With the exception of bespoke custom orders, which cannot be returned and are exempt from these regulations, I am happy to offer a full refund of any purchases under the following terms: ~ The customer makes contact within 14 days of receipt of the unwanted items ~ Items are unworn and are returned in the same condition as when they were purchased. ~ Buyer pays for return postage and packaging costs. In return you will receive a full refund once I have received the item or proof that the item has been posted back to me, plus your original postage costs. You only pay to return the item to me if you have changed your mind or find the item isn't suitable for your needs. For other returns, please contact me to discuss. Your legal rights remain unchanged. If you are returning goods from outside the EU you must mark your parcel clearly as "Returned Goods" otherwise the item will be liable for import tax which I am unable to pay.
