Safety information
Here at Silversoul Collection Safety is very important. Please note my jewellery is not suitable for young/small children due to small and removeable parts, being a choking hazard. Never leave your jewellery unattended and keep out of reach from children. Never wear jewellery in bed or when bathing, showering, or swimming. All of our jewellery is lead and nickel free. We only use Sterling silver or Gold filled. Stretch Bracelets/Ring: Always roll your bracelet or ring over your hand or finger, this will prevent breakage and damage.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
Your satisfaction means a lot to me here at Silversoul Collection and if you are not completely satisfied we accept Returns on our jewellery (excluding earrings) i offer a 14 day money back guarantee. Jewellery must be returned unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Buyer will be responsible for return postage cost. We also accept exchanges on some of our jewellery. Please note: Buyer will be responsible for postage cost to return to us and postage cost for us to send back to you! All jewellery purchased from me comes with 6 months warranty from date of purchase. This warranty covers any faults and repairs but does not cover accidental damage/breakage. Items covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

925 Sterling Silver initial and Birthstone Bracelet. A wonderful piece to add to your jewellery collection or for gifting to someone special.
Made with genuine solid Sterling silver and Swarovski crystal.
Made with -9mm- initial charm & -4mm- Swarovski crystal birthstone. With a Sterling silver 2x2mm thick belcher chain adjustable bracelet.
Bracelet length is from 18cm to 20cm. If you have selected initial between T-Z please message me which initial you would like.
Birthstone can be easily removed so you can wear this bracelet with just an initial charm.
Bracelet comes presented in a branded gift box complete with a jewellery cleaning cloth to keep your jewellery looking fresh. Box colour will vary.
This bracelet is not suitable for young children. Due to small parts being a choking hazard. Please keep out of reach and never leave unattended with small/young children.
