Here at Silversoul Collection Safety is very important. Please note my jewellery is not suitable for young/small children due to small and removeable parts, being a choking hazard. Never leave your jewellery unattended and keep out of reach from children. Never wear jewellery in bed or when bathing, showering, or swimming. All of our jewellery is lead and nickel free. We only use Sterling silver or Gold filled. Stretch Bracelets/Ring: Always roll your bracelet or ring over your hand or finger, this will prevent breakage and damage.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Made with genuine solid Sterling silver and Cubic Zirconia.
Made with -9mm- initial charm & -5mm- Cubic zirconia heart charm birthstone. With a choice of either a Sterling silver curb Chain or Sterling silver Satellite chain.
Birthstone can be easily removed so you can wear this necklace with just an initial charm.

Necklace comes presented in a branded gift box complete with a jewellery cleaning cloth to keep your jewellery looking fresh. Box colour will vary.
