Sparkly Necklace. Sterling Silver with artisan fused green and white dichroic glass, moonstone and chrysocolla gemstones. 18 inch sterling silver chain.
I started this piece by making the glass cabachon, using three types of dichroic glass in shades of green and white. I embed a stainless steel hoop into the glass during firing and then wire wrap in sterling silver wire for form the hanging bail. The base has been cut from sterling silver sheet, which I have hammered for texture and slightly curved to hold the glass. A large hanging loop soldered on to hold the two pieces together, then I finished off with a 4mm moonstone and 3mm chrysocolla gemstone beads and a 2mm silver bead.
The pendant measures approx 30mm long. Fitted to a 18 inch sterling silver chain.
Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted by me to my own designs using quality materials purchased in the UK.
Your jewellery will be sent wrapped in layers of tissue inside an FSC approved gift box. Posted Royal Mail 1st Class Post, please allow up to 3 days for delivery UK. Items valued over £20 are sent recorded delivery and over £50 are sent by Special Delivery.
