Hello folks welcome to my shop. Spring has definitely sprung here in the West Country and bees are buzzing around trying to find partners and hopefully bring forth new beginnings. With that in mind Easter is fast approaching and already the year is going quickly; fill your baskets with joy and family. Speaking of new beginnings, I’ll be introducing more crafts into my shop this year as well to offer more of a variety of handcrafted gifts etc. and I look forward to doing that shortly. In the meantime you will find new Summer jewellery items coming into stock now reflecting the activity of the springtime that I see all around me. You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Jewellery Lifetime Guarantee In the unlikely event that any 925 sterling silver or gold plated components of my jewellery become faulty i.e. break or tarnish I am happy to repair or replace like for like and post it back to you free of charge. The only cost to you will be for postage and packing to send it to me. I will liaise with you personally on a case by case basis. I am a great believer in customer service and this is what I would expect, so this is what I give to you. Not covered: Cracked or broken stones, crystals, gemstones or other components of my jewellery that have been accidentally or otherwise damaged by yourself. Postal losses either incoming or outgoing (although I do use Royal Mail, and they are normally pretty good).
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A pretty, sparkly Bee Firefly crystal gemstone beaded necklace made with quartz crystal and agate round and faceted beads, Czech glass seed beads and gold glass bugle beads, all hand strung together to form a lovely collection of delightful bronze bees delicately flying around the blue sky and clear crystal neckline. Finished with a sterling silver toggle clasp and bar plated with 18 carat gold and 56cm (22 inches) in length, it’s a beautiful collection. Inspired by the spring weather turning to face the warmer sunshine and calling nature to get busy this is a lovely casual but equally glam piece to compliment any summer day or night. A matching bracelet is available to go with this necklace in my shop should you wish to complete the set. As all Catpurr Jewellery does, this will come packaged to you in a high-quality branded gift box, posted first class Royal Mail tracked.
