Daffodils are one of the first signs of spring I see in my garden, and they appear just as the Bluetits begin to check out the nesting boxes and flit acrobatically through the crab apple leaves looking for aphids. With such lively dispositions it is no surprise that these tiny birds are the perfect heralds of warmth and colour into our gardens. How could I resist making a couple of Bluetits in time for Mother’s Day!
Safety information
Glass bell jar must be handled with care to avoid breakage. The cork base is not permanently attached to the glass top section and should only be separated with great care. If separated only gentle pressure should be applied to reattach the bell jar to the cork. The tiny bird and any botanical elements are permanently attached to their plinth and will contain wool and plant fibre products and wire which may be sharp if handled roughly.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

A tiny and perfectly formed to-scale wool Bluetit perched on a driftwood post, above a mossy woollen tuffet dotted with Forget-Me-Nots and staring down at a bright yellow woolly daffodil, welcoming the Spring.
Entirely handmade, this needle felt bird is a miniature work of art with gloriously blue individual flight feathers, tiny blue wire legs wrapped in thread and minute claws at the end of each toe, a mini woollen beak and titchy tiny resin eyes, all scaled to 1:4 of life-size. Measuring no more than 2.5cms long and1.5cms tall, beside a 3cms tall daffodil flower and leaves, perched on a just over 3.5cms driftwood post, every springlike part of this tiny scene fits snuggly inside the 9cm high by 6cm diameter glass bell jar sealed with a cork stopper.
Each miniature bird in its bell jar comes securely enclosed in a beautiful high-quality gift box tied with a bow, snuggled in tissue paper and with a signed Mindful Felting tag to authenticate it as one of my own bespoke bird creations.
