Other information in description. Jewellery Care Put jewellery on after applying makeup, perfume & hair products. Keep out of contact with bleaches and detergents wherever possible & please, keep your jewellery safely out of reach of children & animals were there are small findings & beads. Always remove jewellery when engaging in activities that risk impact or exposure to chemicals or heat such as sports or housework. Avoid swimming or bathing while wearing gold or silver plated costume jewellery. Recommend the use of a soft cloth with gentle rubbing. But please be aware that any vigorous scrubbing will take off the layer of plating. I do not recommend the use of chemical cleaners on plated items, as it can tarnish the plating.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Tibetan Silver Plated Alloy Metal Round Cabochon Tray Pendant.
Faux Suede Cord with Silver Plated Alloy Metal Cord Ends, Jump Rings, Lobster Clasp & Extender Chain with Charm Drop.
ALLERGY Disclaimer
Although extremely rare, some people are allergic to the metals & finishes commonly used in jewellery.
I try & use silver plated nickel & lead free findings, wire & charms. Making sure my suppliers state this, however it has not been independently verified by me. I also use other materials such as stainless steel.
It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of any allergies they have to metals before making any purchase of handmade jewellery.
Copper may turn your skin green, this is a normal reaction to the material, it isn't harmful just wash area after wearing.

Please note that due to the natural form of the stones they are all unique & can vary in size, shape & colour.
Gold plated, Sterling silver, Silver plated & stainless steel will naturally tarnish with exposure to the air, environment, perfumes, moisturisers, hairspray, soaps & even perspiration. These are obviously a fact of life so regular cleaning will help keep your jewellery sparkling. Tarnishing is a non permanent, chemical change in the surface of metal which darkens and dulls over time. Tarnishing will eventually happen.
