Each of my scarves is meticulously handcrafted and entirely unique
This is a chunky, warm and unique scarf, with a statement fringe.
I begin by creating a crochet base for the scarf in a cream cotton yarn.
The mixed fibre strands consist of many different weights and textures. This includes mohair, wool, cotton, lurex, polyester and acrylic yarn and the combination of colour and fibre is individual to each scarf. These are woven through the crochet frame by hand.
This scarf features a cream cotton base interwoven with many different shades of greens, golds and turquoise.
Approximate measurements:
Length: 140cm
Length including fringe: 188cm
Width: 15cm
Care Instructions:
Hand wash gently in cool water.
Do not wring. I find the best way to remove excess water is to place inside a dry towel and press.
Dry flat and re-shape while flat.
Do not iron.
