Full description
Each of my scarves is meticulously handcrafted and entirely unique.
I ve used a bulky, thick, and thin single-ply yarn with a gorgeous variegated green and blue colour palette. The yarn is encased in a black binder thread, which enhances the texture.
The bulky yarn is then encased in a finer yarn in a complementary blue.
This scarf is crafted from high-quality merino wool, resulting in a luxuriously soft and warm fabric with a lovely drape. The benefits of sheep's wool have been known and proven for centuries. It is a good insulator and is breathable, transporting moisture away from your body without feeling wet. It is naturally antibacterial, requiring less washing than synthetic fibres, and is both natural and sustainable. In addition to the normal benefits of sheep's wool, Merino is relatively lightweight, doesn't itch, and is unbelievably soft, making it the perfect fibre for garments to be worn next to the skin
Approximate measurements:
Length: 146cm
Length including fringe: 164cm
Width: 16cm
Care Instructions:
Hand wash in cool water.
Do not wring, gently squeeze. I find the best way to remove excess water is to place inside a dry towel and press down.
Dry flat and re-shape while flat.
Do not iron.
The yarn is Merino Superwash but due to the delicate fringe I would advise only to gently handwash.
