Can Dragons have feathers yes they certainly can from bird winged dragons to ones with tufts of feathers on their heads. Dragons of this kind have been mentioned a lot in recent times and some are rare.
This Dragon eye has been hand painted in purples and golds the outer eye is In copper, green and gold with a hint of purple. Beaded with lilac beads which are unusual with veins running through with smaller deep purple and an assortment of matching feathers.

Not to be given to young children due to small parts and some embellishments can be sharp
