Can Dragons have feathers yes, they certainly can from bird winged dragons to ones with tufts of feathers on their heads. Dragons of this kind have been mentioned a lot in recent times and some are rare.
This Dragon eye has been hand painted in reds and golds the outer eye is In greens red and gold. beaded with green and red beads and bronze spacers and an assortment of matching feathers.

Not to be given to young children due to small parts and some embellishments can be sharp
