There's nothing like receiving a unique handmade card to celebrate a special occasion and I designed this with romance in mind, whether its congrats on an engagement, wedding or simply I love you, I hope this card says it, handmade with love.

Full description
This card began by exploring various pink and lilac shades of watercolours to create the grid of four pastel shades. From this I decided that a cut out heart with rose illustration would be the central focus and fixed this on with a foam pad to add some depth. From there I looked at finding a patterned paper in keep with the theme, and chose one with cute bright hearts printed to form the background behind the mounted heart grid. To complete the card and make the hearts a feature, I chose a deep red backing card to frame the design. The inside of the card I left blank to write your own message. I also decorated the back of the envelope with a narrow washi tape in a heart design and a small heart sticker that ties in nicely with the theme. The card measures 15cm by 10cm and the envelope is pink to match. A unique card that could be sent for Valentines Day, Wedding, Engagement, Birthday, there are so many possibilities! All cards are sent in a 100% recycled hardboard back envelope to ensure safe transport. A perfect card to congratulate someone on their engagement or wedding with the handmade special touch. Postage on additional items from my shop is free so checkout some of my other creations .
