Full description
A beautiful felted scarf made from fine layers of royal blue merino wool fibres topped with a layer of recycled sari silk fibres. The scarf has been wet felted, a process that binds the fibres together to create a stable fabric. The scarf is beautifully soft and lightweight and the silk fibres add texture, colour and a lovely sheen to the surface.
Please note the silk fibres have been added to one surface only, the reverse has been left plain.
This is a long scarf measuring approximately 182cm x 23cm. Long enough to wrap around the neck or tie in a knot for additional warmth if required.
A stunning scarf that would make a great gift for any occasion.
Wool is a natural fibre making it eco friendly, sustainable and biodegradable. It is breathable and reacts to the body temperature giving warmth in the winter but cool in the summer making this an all season accessory.
The scarf will be shipped wrapped in tissue paper with a card explaining the felting process and washing instructions.
Handwash only in warm water. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
