Full description
When we imagine a cactus, this is the distinctive shape we usually think of, standing tall with its arms reaching up to the sun. These are known as Saguaro, or Carnegiea gigantea cacti and they grow to be huge.
I needle felted these cacti using natural wool fibres and the pot is a real terracotta plant pot. There are also two young cacti growing around the adult, the adult and the taller of the young, are in flower with red blooms which are actually tiny dried flowers.
