Full description
For this bandana I used a premium mercerised cotton yarn in dusky lilac, sky blue and white.
Mercerised cotton yarn is of higher quality and more hard wearing than regular cotton. It is treated with a natural alkaline solution when it is made (which is then all washed out) and this gives the cotton a beautiful sheen making all colours appear much more vibrant than with regular cotton. It is also stronger, produces less lint and doesn’t shrink or lose its shape as much as "regular" cotton.
Machine washable. Care instructions will be provided.
I always use compostable gift wrap and packaging.
