It's always a delight to work with Citrine, especially when it’s faceted because it always makes me feel more cheerful. There is something about its character and colour that is incomparable to any other gemstone. I have some beautiful Citrine in my collection and look forward to bringing more of it to you in further pieces. When you put on Citrine you put on Sunshine, and it works very well with Gold because of that, reminding us of the glow of warmer weather to come as the wheel of the year turns.
A note about packaging: larger Catpurr earrings, e.g. longer or drop earrings etc. also come in a high quality branded giftbox, ready for you to present to a loved one or to keep safe for yourself.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Jewellery Lifetime Guarantee In the unlikely event that any 925 sterling silver or gold plated components of my jewellery become faulty i.e. break or tarnish I am happy to repair or replace like for like and post it back to you free of charge. The only cost to you will be for postage and packing to send it to me. I will liaise with you personally on a case by case basis. I am a great believer in customer service and this is what I would expect, so this is what I give to you. Not covered: Cracked or broken stones, crystals, gemstones or other components of my jewellery that have been accidentally or otherwise damaged by yourself. Postal losses either incoming or outgoing (although I do use Royal Mail, and they are normally pretty good).
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

These beautiful faceted Citrine double bead and chip drop earrings are such a perfect way to chase away the winter blues with the golden yellow glow of the faceted Citrine and the gorgeous shine of the 18ct gold plated silver wires. When I use Citrine beads, they automatically cheer me up as the light flashes off the zingy facets during the making process, and it seems to me that gold is the perfect companion to complement their warmth. The drop length is approximately 3cm from the earring wire end loop giving a gentle movement and the irregular Citrine chip stacks on the top give that varied shape and added interest. All in all a gorgeous burst of Citrine sunshine that will surely make you smile anytime.
