Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
All items being returned, must be returned its original packaging and item being returned must be in its unused, untarnished, unworn & original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please use tracked postal service only. Custom orders & commissions are not eligible for returns/exchanges or refunds. Any breakages within 6 months will be fixed or replaced. No refunds.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Handmade 3200BC Bog Oak Wood Bracelet With Adjustable Strap With or Without Gemstone Set In Middle of Wood.
There is a choice of leather, cotton or silver chain link for the strap, different wood choice and a choice of Gemstones put in the middle of wood (please see photo's for examples)
Please note: The 'adjustable sliding knot' leather & cotton cords will need 2 people to put the bracelet on.
Gemstones (except Opals) are put in an argentium silver bezel before being placed in wood.
