You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

RETURNS Please inform me within 3 days of receiving your item if you wish to return it. All items being returned, must be returned its original condition, Including gift box, and item being returned must be in its unused, untarnished, unworn & original condition and returned within 14 days of receipt. Please use tracked postal service only, as I am not responsible for any losses or damage during transit. All items come with a six month warranty. Any faults within this time are either fixed or replaced, no refunds. If your box arrives damaged, due to the courier, please take a photo of damage. If your item has been damaged in transit, please return to be fixed or replaced, your return postage will be reimbursed in this instance. Please email for instructions on how to return your item. Custom orders, bespoke & commissions are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Any faults within 6 months will be fixed or replaced. No refunds. Any breakages due to customer not adhering to aftercare instruction or accidental damage, there will be a charge for fixing. Not all damage can be fixed.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
