My inspiration comes from my love of wood, gemstones and making wearable art.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

All items being returned, must be returned its original packaging and item being returned must be in its unused, untarnished, unworn & original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please use tracked postal service only. All items have a six month warranty. Any faults within this time are either fixed or replaced, no refunds. If your item arrives damaged, this will be either fixed or replaced. Return tracked postage will be reimbursed. Please email to find out how to return your item. Custom orders, bespoke & commissions are not eligible for returns/exchanges or refunds. Any faults within 6 months will be fixed or replaced. No refunds.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Kintsugi necklace made from Ancient bog oak wood, inlaid with 24ct gold leaf. You can also choose a custom made necklace with rose gold, fine silver, copper leaf or gemstone inlay.
The wood is carved out then inlay is set in the wood. A card explaining all about Kintsugi will be added with your order
